Agenda, Pre-Conference Workshop, and More Announced for OR Business Management Conference

The OR Business Management Conference is an interactive, educational event designed to help today’s surgical services directors and business managers increase efficiency, reduce supply chain costs, optimize throughput, and improve patient outcomes. Presented by OR Manager, the conference will be held at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale, February 21-24, 2016. The agenda has been announced and includes four educational tracks, a preconference workshop, and more.

The conference will kick off Sunday, February 21, with a Pre-Conference Workshop, “Writing a Master Business Plan for Perioperative Supply Management.” The workshop, led by Ned Turner, senior vice president of Medline Industries, Inc., is pre-approved for an additional 3 continuing education units (CEUs).

The conference starts on Monday, February 22, with an opening keynote presentation, “Delivering Quality Care and Maintaining Revenue While Building for the Future,” by Keith Siddel, PhDc, JD, MBA, CHC.

The full 2016 OR Business Management Conference provides 21 CEUs for those who attend both the Pre-Conference Workshop and the full conference.
